Code For The People is a new consultancy bringing together two stalwarts of the UK WordCamp scene: Simon Dickson (Puffbox) and Simon Wheatley (Sweet Interaction). Well, WordPress has grown up a lot since we both started using it; and we figured it was time we grew up a bit ourselves.
We’re 100% WordPress, and have been for years. We build large-scale, high-profile and genuinely innovative stuff for people you’ve definitely heard of: like Stephen Fry, various central government departments, Oxford University… oh, and somebody else, somebody insanely famous, whom we aren’t allowed to mention yet. (But we’ll hopefully be demoing their new site at Edinburgh.) And as our name suggests, we’re totally committed to the open source ethos. See your own WordPress install’s Credits page for details. 😉
